Bringing over 30 years of fastpitch softball experience to Tri-State Fastpitch, Rose “Coach K” Kalisak is dedicated to the training and development of young softball talent. As a player, Coach K earned All-American honors pitching for the Trenton State Lions (1984). She still holds NCAA records for best winning percentage (.966 with a record of 28-1) and most single season shutouts (20). She played post college ball in the ASA Major Women’s Circuit, before retiring in 1994. Coach K has seven years experience as an NCAA Division I coach. She began her coaching career as an assistant at Drexel University (Philadelphia, Pennsylvania), leaving there to take the Head Coaching position at Stetson University (DeLand, Florida). Coack K first came to the mid-south to work as an Assistant Coach with the Ole Miss Rebels before opening her fastpitch training center in Memphis, Tennessee.
